Zoning & Subdivision and Land Development Task Force

The Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development Task Force is a type of steering committee that provides oversight and guidance to Malvern Borough on matters pertaining to Zoning Ordinance Amendments, and Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance Amendments. The Task Force consists of a cross-section of Borough Residents that have a familiarity with existing conditions in the Borough, Ordinances, and views toward a future for Malvern Borough that is context-sensitive. The Task Force will make recommendations that will be considered by the full Borough Council, the full Planning Commission, and Borough Staff and Advisors.
