Borough Council is inviting residents to join the Task Force that is being formed to undertake and implement a comprehensive review of the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision/Land Development Ordinance (“SALDO”). The Task Force will be appointed by Borough Council and will consist of five (5) members. A professional consultant will be working with the Task Force.

The Task Force will meet periodically in public meetings, at least once per month, beginning in February/ March 2024. This will be an 18-24 month commitment. Familiarity with the zoning and land use process and ordinances may be helpful.  The project will entail (among other things) a great deal of reading, reviewing maps and draft materials, and collaborating with other members, consultants and staff.
