Malvern Borough has an annual Per Capita tax bill due that is processed through Berkheimer. The Borough has received numerous calls that bills have recently been received by residents. Section 185 of the Borough's Ordinances require this annual tax payment. Many communities call this a "Head Tax" that is paid for living in a jurisdiction.
