Parking Permits
Parking Permits are issued on a first come first serve basis when available. There is a waiting list to obtain a permit. Parking Permits will be issued at no charge. Permits may only be issued when a parking permit is surrendered.
Parking Areas
15 S Warren Ave is a four hour lot Vehicles may be parked in this lot for a four–hour period at which time the vehicle must be removed from the parking lot. Permit parking is also permitted in this lot. If you have a permit you may exceed the 4–hour limit.
Channing at King lot is a three hour lot Vehicles may be parked in this lot for a 3–hour period at which time the vehicle must be removed from the parking lot. Permit parking is also permitted in this lot. If you have a permit you may exceed the three–hour limit.
Church at King lot is a three hour lot Vehicles may be parked in this lot for a three–hour period at which time the vehicle must be removed from the parking lot. Permit parking is also permitted in this lot. If you have a permit you may exceed the three–hour limit.
King St Vehicles may be parked on King Street for a maximum of 2 hours at which time the vehicle must be removed. You may not exceed this time limit if you have a parking permit.
Parking Tickets
If you receive a parking ticket they must be paid with–in 5 days as is stated on the reverse side of the parking ticket. If payment is not received with–in 5 days the ticket will go to citation with increased fines and costs.
NOTICE: It is a violation of the PA Vehicle Code to park your vehicle against the flow of traffic. Violators will receive a parking ticket.
