Ammending the Malvern Borough Ordinance
Article XXX, Section 3002 of the Malvern Borough Zoning Ordinance specifies that Borough Council shall hold a Public Hearing on any proposal for change or amendment.
The Public Hearing for " AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BOROUGH OF MALVERN ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR MULTI-USE DEVELOPMENT IN THE C-4 HIGH INTENSITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT" was held April 21, 2009 at 7:30 at Malvern Borough Hall. Borough Council
subsequently approved the ammendment.
