Neighborhood Planning Area Profiles – Planning Area #10
The Borough, as a developed small town, contains areas with unique and specific characteristics that distinguish it from other areas of the Borough. In order to address and respect those unique neighborhoods, The Malvern Borough Comprehensive Plan -- adopted by Borough Council in September, 1999 -- divides the Borough into 18 neighborhood planning areas. Within this plan, Malvern is not only examined as a whole, but examined at the neighborhood level as well. Within each neighborhood planning area, specific features are analyzed and recommendations suggested which include the following inventory information and recommendations.
