Tax Collection
Under the Home Rule Charter adopted by Borough Council in 2009, the Borough of Malvern will collect all real estate taxes. Payments can be mailed to the Borough of Malvern; PO Box 437; Malvern, PA 19355. Taxes may also be paid in person at Malvern Borough; 1 East First Avenue, Suite 3; Malvern, PA 19355. Earned Income & Per Capita Taxes are collected by Berkheimer Associates. Please call 610–588–0965 with employer/employee address questions. (Not all addresses with a Malvern mailing address are located in the Malvern Borough taxing jurisdiction. Please be certain your employer/employee is located in Malvern Borough and not just within the Malvern mailing address. Many communities surrounding the Borough have Malvern mailing addresses but different tax collectors and different tax rates.)
