Zoning Hearing Board
The Zoning Hearing Board consists of three members appointed by
Borough Council for overlapping terms of three years each. The
Zoning Hearing Board has the exclusive jurisdiction to hear and
render adjudications to a variety of matters including – but
not limited to – appeals to determinations made by the Zoning
Officer, applications for variances, applications for special exceptions,
and challenges to the zoning map. A full description is contained
