The Codes Enforcement & Zoning Officer is appointed by Borough Council, on a yearly basis, at the first meeting in January. Mark Wolf and / or Rich O'Brien are currently serving as the Borough's Code Enforcement & Zoning Officer. They may be contacted at the Borough office at 610–644–2602. Mark is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM, as well as Tuesday and Thursday from 1 PM to 5 PM. Contractors requesting inspections must provide 24-hours notice.

Permit applications have been included on this website in order for you to download them and complete the information. Open the permit you require, print it, complete the form and drop it off at the Borough office. You may also complete the form and fax it to the Borough Office @ 610 644-4504.
