The Codes Enforcement & Zoning Officer is appointed by Borough Council, on a yearly basis, at the first meeting in January. Bill Wilfong is the Borough's Code Enforcement & Zoning Officer. Permit applications have been included on this website in order for you to download them and complete the information. Open the permit you require, print it, complete the form and drop it off at the Borough office. You may also complete the form and fax it to the Borough Office @ 610 644-4504. In addition to the standard fees, a $4.00 PA State fee is required when submitting Building, Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing permit applications.
